FSW 2014 Application - Query on Notary

Hi,

I am in process of gathering all the required documents for FSW application [IMM 008] under the new occupation list. My question is should documents like certificates/work experience letters be notarized?

Although the checklist [IMM 5612] says only photocopies, would that be sufficient as I don't want the application to be returned only for this reason.

Please advise.

However one of the migration consultant just told me that each an every document requires notarization. Possibly thats their way of making money

Only documents that are not in English or French has to be translated and notarized. Other than that photocopies will work.
