Hey folks,


I want to ask about the BC affidavit. I have it in native language without my name written on it.

I cannot have a new BC as my hometown is too far away and my job wont permit to take leaves and get it.
Also now the time is also not there .

Now i want to ask what reason i need to mention in the affidavit for not having certificate.
I will attach 10th certificate and other documents to prove my Birth date.

I am 7th August applicant, mode of Payment DD. NOC 0111 Finance Manager.
When should i expect news for my application.

Secondly, since i sent my application i did not sent any updated form, as i read some of the post that they have sent the revised form, is there any porblem? do i need to sent the updated form now? Please advice.

CIO has not yet started charging August applicants other than 2*** NOCs. You should hear in about another 15 days time.

No need to send revised forms.

Has anyone sent documents to NDVO via courier from the UK? If yes can you please let me know which courier service did you use?
I am a bit skeptical as the address has a PO Box no and the the courier guys may crib about it. I need to send my docs by 25/12.

I emailed my queries (Courier address and OnlineRPRF) to NDVO (as a reply to the MR email) on 11/11 and got a response from them today.
NDVO confirmed I can pay RPRF online and submit a copy of fee receipt.

Hello Guys,

I received PER on 04th Oct. M a 9th June applicant. NOC 0113.

Any Idea how many days it takes from PER for our files to get transfer to NDVO from CIC. Once the file is transferred then after how many days the visa officer attends the file......

I received MR on October 21st. Sent PCC, RPRF and MR on Nov 10th (received at NDVO the next day). Medical test results were uploaded by the hospital on 10th. Any idea when third line will be updated in E-CAS?

Should check on next Monday, if nothing appears there then you can write to NDVO.

NDVO vs LVO

initially ndvo showed a real pace and speed...started issuing mr, pcc, rprf (one of them, all of them or in any combination) as early as August 2014...and people were happy (my indian mates) and also people were sad and jealous as well (the LVO mates including me ). now the current development is...the guys who got these request back in august 2014...they are waiting desperately for 2nd call of ppr and latest speculations suggest that ndvo will start sending those in Jan 2015 after resuming work from upcoming Christmas holidays (probably from Dec 20 2014 till Jan 4 2015). so a pretty looooong wait for those guys (from aug till jan = 5 months!), its longer then what it took them to get PER and MR calls.

comparatively LVO was 1st in hibernation or in deep dead sleep till early sept 2014....but then started to show some signs of life....then it started to show pace by oct 2014....now most of LVO mates have already got MR,rprf and pcc......and and and believe me 4 to 5 applicants from Karachi and 3 to 4 from middle east have already received PPR requests (not me yet, I m not that lucky, still waiting to have PPR call)! yes they do....I have already mentioned it in my previous posts.

initially people were scolding LVO...and praising NDVO, now I m hearing voices about why ndvo is doing slow.

I believe all the VOs take almost roughly same time to issue PR visa, initially some VOs can go fast and some can start very late......in the middle the things can change (like they have for these 2 VOs), in the end all applicants get the visa around the same time (like if ndvo issues ppr in jan, then people can get back their passports by end of jan or early feb....roughly same time LVO applicants will take to get except for these some early lucky guys).

so guys just calm down and relax, we don't know how CIC works, how CIO works, how each VO works, we can just guess their working methods and patterns. immigration is game of waiting and waiting with patience and prayers. keep hopes high and keep praying. we all will succeed (some early some late). I wish us all good luck.

Just wanna share this for 2173 - August applicants (to give hope and inspiration)...


I was able to talk with a fellow Pinoy in FB group and he has same experience as mine. He was a 2174 - June 20 (DD mode) applicant. When 2174 reached 1000 capacity, he got worried because last charging was June 19 and he didn't know the status of his application if included in the 1000 cap. After 2 weeks, he emailed LVO (Manila - VO) to inquire about his status and had known that his application is already In-Transit to the Visa Office. Also, he got his UCI number.

As per conversation with him, the update for 2174 (Oct 10 - with June 19 as last charged date) even reached the date of July 4 applicants. This means that August applicants has hope for PER as long as no problems with the documents.

I am an Aug 13 and the last charge date for 2173 is Aug 12. I hope this helps to all 2173 who's like me a worried pal. ;D

A question -

My son's passport will expire next year in May. I will apply for new passport for him in coming days.. Just in case I am not able to notify the CIC about new Passport number before Medicals, Can I do it at any stage. What If the PPR is generated and VISA is issued on older passport. What will be the validity of VISA then and whether he will be able to travel.. I hope he will by carrying both the passports.

Please get this renewed if you have time as I renewed my son's passport last month and I got the info they will ask for new passport if kid is above 5yrs and updated photo that has delayed my friend's passport stamping process last year.

If all VOs ultimately issue PRs at roughly the same timeline like u say, by being slow or fast during partucular times of the year, then how to explain the fact that tens of applucants have already received PR from VOs like cpc-ottawa, kyiv, manilla etc?

I would like to know that in case the application doesn't get 67 points, how long do they take to communicate NER? Do they send email immediately or directly send back app?

No NER is sent by CIO rather the complete application package is sent back.
