You should receive am update latest by first week of Nov. As for the email it comes from Centralized-Intake-Office @ cic. gc. ca i guess .. but not very sure..

What can be possible reasons for no PER after getting CC/DD encashed. We know cases where people received their packages back for NOC mismatch before getting cc/dd charged, which means they do are doing the complete check of application including completeness check before charging?

Any idea to share seniors.

I have been desperately waiting for my CC to be charged. I live in the USA and had provided an American Express Card number. I receive an e-mail from American Express that a fraud activity was reported to my card. I check the e-mail and it shows "CITIZENSHIP IMM FSW" It seems American Express blocked my card and did not approve the transaction. I have called the bank and removed the block.

My only concern is How do I contact CIC and ask them to charge my card again? I am a May 30th Applicant. I am not sure if CIC will attempt to charge my card again.

Any opnions? I am really worried.

CIC always tries to charge your CC 3 times with a couple of days in between each try. So relax - I am sure that they will try to charge again by early next week.

Hi, CIO makes three attempts before they stop trying to charge a card. So you have a chance that CIO will try again. All the best.

As per the information I gained from this forum, CIC will attempt to charge your CC 3 times before they reject your application on payment grounds.

I guess they will try to charge it again tomorrow or day after.

Dude,

Inform your bank about the CIC payment, tell them not to block it again.

CIC will try 2 more attempts in coming days, so relax.

Just make sure from the bank, that they don't block/reject the transaction again.

I have called and asked them to remove the block which has been removed now. I hope this was not the 3rd attempt on my CC by CIC.

Should I also send an e-mail to CIC notifying them about this?

13 years ago I spent around 9 months in the US as a visitor, do I need to get a police clearance? in the FBI application form last four digits of the social security no. is a required field, but I do't have one since I was only a visitor, did anyone was in the same situation? what do I have to do?

Congrats. Did u check with your employers, whether VO did any verification or not.

I am not sure if any checks were performed on my application. Atleast I have not been informed/involved. My ECAS has also NOT been updated for second line so far.
