Hi Folks, If I am submitting application this week. Should I use new General form or the old one ? New one is dated July2014 but doesn't print from my computer and the option is greyed out . Please advise .

you should be using new one.
check property of pdf, if its not readonly...

I forgot how to edit the sheet, I needed to change my Forum username. So I have logged my info once again exactly as before to the sheet, kindly remove the duplicate which was in row 460 in Excel Sheet.

New Entry is under name "Joburger" - Old one just above it "tamermakram"

My CC was charged on Friday, but the transaction is still pending on my CC Account. It is issued from Wells Fargo. I am afraid that this transaction will not posted and the bank may reverse it !!!! Any advise. Have anyone faced this problem?

As far as I know, your application will be stuck in the completion verification phase until your check clears, and PER is issued only in the phase following that, so you will still receive your PER after the DD is cleared, and weeks after the May 7th applications with CC have receiverd their PERs. So be patient and don't panic when you see May 7th candidates informing their PER here in the forum, it does NOT mean your application was rejected or you missed the cap or anything. Just give it more time and you will get there ;-)

I am NOC 4011 applicant, y application reached 28th may 2014.

I havent submitted my husband's birth certificate as it was lost and i couldnt wait to apply....his domicile certificate, CNIC copy, Passport all have been attached.
and my two son's birth certs are also in Urdu( non-english) but their another form called Form -B has same information as birth cert. in english.


DO u think my APPLICATION WILL BE REJECTED DUE TO THAT?
EXXPERT COMMENTS NEEDED.

Birth certificate (in English) is mandatory one and without it, the application could be deemed as incomplete. CIC accepts 10th class marksheet as birth certificate if it has parents name, applicant name,and DOB. Also affidavit is acceptable. Now it depends on the CIC officer who will examine the documents.

Did you submit anything that supplements the birth certificate? Something like 10th grade certificate that shows his date of birth as well as parents' name? Not to sound pessimistic, but if you did not send anything like that, then it is a serious issue. Many people's applications have been rejected due to birth certificate issue.

Contact with your bank immediately. Asked them what is the problem and pursue them to resolve it. But this sort of problem arise only in internet banking.

Also try to ensure that if CIC tries again, it become successful.

note, cic never tries second time - its either a transaction success or decline an no re-tries

I thought, it would be helpful to implement it in the spreadsheet as a chart which is updated automatically:
