hi friends, is there any noc-3212 applicant who applied after dec 12, 2013 and got there fee encashed? for those who applied in end of jan 2014 getting there fee charged..but in other categories... is there any chance of cap filled already for 3212? much worrieds.... any body has any idea? my application received there by 22nd of Jan only...

yes im under noc 3212 i applied dec 15, 2013 and got credit card charge jan 15, 2014 no PER yet as of today
