Most importantly they have updated the date at the bottom:

The number of complete federal skilled worker applications received as of May 4, 2013 is an estimate.


It means, that actually we will see which day a certain NOC gets capped.

I guess it's only for first week. But still, it's pretty lower than expected.

My general feel has always been, that people in this forum this year represent much more than mere 5% of the total population. In my opinion, it is as high as 30-50%. Lets see.

In other words, I believe people who have submitted their app till 1st week of June (at least) will make it to the cap.

I think it makes sense. I think if we were to get all the information on everybody who has had their CC charged or their DD encashed we would get 26. It seems that its a tedious process checking all documents and ensuring everything is ok and putting thru the payments. Imagine all the documents one package entails!

I think most people still have a chance. Mistakes may have been made by others, documents left out, not certified etc. We are applying under 2243 which seems to be one of the unpopular NOCs and we haven't sent in the application as yet.
