Hello,

I would love to get some support about whether my experience & NOC codes are eligible for EE - FSW..! It would be really appreciated if anyone can take a look and give me any advice.

Please see my experience & matched NOC code below:

1. Research assistant at A consulting firm (work-from-home, internship as a student during university, majoring in Business)
- NOC: 12113 - Statistical officers and related research support occupations (since I haven't achieved Bachelor's Degree yet)
-> I thought about 41402 - Business development officers and market researchers and analysts, but they say in the page that
  • A bachelor's degree in economics, commerce, business administration or public administration is required.
- Time: 2018.08~2018.11 (12 hours/week)

2. Research assistant at one of Top 3 management consulting firms (internship as a student)
- NOC: 12113 (not 11201 - professional occupations in business management consulting since I was just an research assistant)
- Time: 2019.08~2019.09 (30 hours/week)

3. Research assistant at B cosmetic firm (internship as a student during university)
- NOC: 12113
- Time: 2019.05~2019.07 (mix of 12 hours and 30 hours/week - when extending my contract, my working hours also changed - should I register these separately or average it out on the profile?)

4. Education teaching private start up company (internship as a student)
- NOC: 12113 OR 43100 (elementary and secondary school teacher assistants)
-> I am unsure whether to choose 12113 or 43100,
because I did teach little kids English AND conducted market research/developed strategies
-> It also seems little weird to choose 43100 because I was more like an English tutor hired by a private company, not school
- Time: 2020.09~2021.06 (12 hours/week)

5. IT company (internship as a student)
- NOC: 12113
-> This was literally an internship program designed for university students, and I think 12113 fits in nicely as all I did was mostly research, research and research about markets and made marketing strategies for the company
- Time: 2021.06~2021.08 (30 hours/week, no gaps between previous internship, except 2 weekend days)

6. One of Big 4 accounting firms (first full-time job finally after university graduation)
- NOC: 11100 - Financial auditors and accountants OR 12113 OR 41402
-> I was only a fresh graduate, with NO CPA/accounting related license, but got hired in the accounting/internal controls/audit related team. It was more like a consultant, consulting clients' internal controls. Because I am not qualified as an accountant, I think it should be either 12113 or 41402 (since I now have the degree). But I kinda want this NOC to be 12113, to match with my previous internship NOC code.
- Time: 2021.11~2022.08.05 (30 hours/week, full-time)

7. One of well-known international banks (second full-time job after uni)
- NOC: 12113 OR 11101 - Financial and investment analysts
-> I am totally unsure about this job as well, since I got this job through programs for fresh university graduates, and they have this specific job title and curriculum which is 1 year long. After graduating this program, you'll get deployed to a specific department. Until then, you have to move around various departments. Basically, it's like internship all over again but full-time.
-> Therefore, I am considering putting 12113 instead of 11101, because again I don't have CFA/CPA.
- Time: 2022.09.01~ (30 hours/week, full-time)

Overall, my question is:

1. Should I wait for my current job to be 1 year (wait until 2023.09) to apply for EE-FSW? But I really want to register in the pool ASAP, and I am hoping that a) NOC code for 6. and 7. job can be both 12113, and b) accepted as 1 year despite of 3 weeks gap...I am also worried that if I apply without waiting till 2023.09, and get rejected, I won't be able to apply for PR ever again or have less chance of getting PR.

2. Whether NOC codes for all jobs 1~7 are acceptable, and makes sense..

I know my resume is so complicated and messy, but I would be so greatful if I can get any kind of helpful tips/examples.

Thank you in advance!
