Well, well, well..... I'm really fed up with this long wait !!!!! Since 2005 and did medicals in August 2010 and till now no news. Can you please tell me how are they fair? How come new applicants get their visas in less than a year and we have been waiting for this loooooong time though we also fall in categories of NOCs which are demanded also in Canada immigration. Their response to my email: your medical results have been received and we will be in cantact with you within the next 6 months.... please tell me they will be in contact to request ppr or we shouldn't think as so??? Do they think that we're doing nothing in our countries and as soon as they ask us to go, we'll be easily leaving things behind our backs?? we have many things to hand them in before we leave? what can we do? please share.

If ur Noc was there on the list why didn't u withdraw it earlier and reapplied. Perhaps u would have been in Canada by now.

I have a representative by they didn't tell me about the new laws nor did they inform me whether the embassy sent them a letter about this issue. The first contact with them was when the embassy asked for update of documents. What can I do??

I think you should fire your representative first. and check the website www.cic.gc.ca it has all the information what so ever for the immigration. paid representatives are only making money, they dont have to do anything they cant do anything regarding anybody else's immigration.

If u did medicals in Aug 2010, it would have expired after 6months!!

Did you send case specific enquiry or order CAIPS notes for ur case? It is possible that PPR was sent and it went the wrong way

Chances are that u will go for another medicals. Patience and perseverance is the name of the game.

I will suggest u relax and take it easy. See the whole immigration process as a project. Above all be prayerful as breakthrough is around the corner. U will soon smile and all the pains forgotten.

No I don't think that they requested for ppr and it went the wrong way since my representative sent an email to them 2 months ago and they replied that they will be in contact with me in the coming 6 months. I don't know if this is a good and promising answer.

we are with you dear , medical sent in september but till now no response as per their last reply they are busy in freaking background check...my signature is self explanatory...

You are right brother! I understand your pain, it is not an easy game. VOs should understand the feeilngs of applicants and atleast give us some time lines so that we can plan. However, it seems all our statements falling on deaf ear.

Wish you all the best bro! Relax (as muchas you can), you will get your PPR soon.
