Hi everyone,

After reading all question &answers I have so much hope from you that you guys will give a solution. I came to canada in 2021 Dec. My wife is the main applicant. I came in canada and seen that she is living with one of her class mate and she was in affair with him. Because I got my visa late my wifa was living in canada from 1 year without me. I came and she started doing rude behaviour with me and started insulting without any reason in front of everyone. After 1 month it was hard to live and i choose to go from there and I started living somewhere else. Now so far she is saying I cant get you PR. Go and do what ever you want and she wants divorce with me. What should I do ? I am really in a big pain of my life. All my fathers life savings I spent in coming here. I was looking for better life to live but she made my life like a hell. Please help me how I can get my pr in Canada ?

Apply for PR without spouse. So Express Entry or PNP. Need to be eligible and have high score to be invited.

As said above, you need to qualify for PR on your own through an economic immigration stream. You will follow the same process to qualify and apply as anyone else.

Your spouse should have also informed IRCC that you had a relationship had broken down before you came to Canada. Your soon to be ex-wife could never have included you in their application if you were separated for multiple years. Although if you don’t get a divorce she may have to include you as non-accompanying.
