I am currently in Canada on a WH visum and would like to extent my stay next year by using a YP visum (I can do both 1 time for my country). Now my question is:
If I get a 2 year contract (1 year for my WH and 1 year for my YP), can I apply for YP the moment I'm hired, and flagpole just before my WH expires? Meaning I will have the POE months and months before my WH expires. Or do I need to wait in between visas? I have found almost all information but I simply can't find answers regarding this transition. Please let me know! Thanks (preferred would ofcourse me being able to flagpole a day before since employers will like it if you don't have to stop working for qeeks /months)
