From where to get PCC - easy way out- Current or permanent address in India

Hi ,
I am facing lot of issues to get PCC at my curent address when it comes to collect required documents to support current address. I have applied on point base system for PR and shown the complete job expereince of current address but my passport and all identity proofs show permanent address. I have been living in cuurent address for last 4 years but dont have any solid proof of address since i use my permanenet address only everywhere .
>Can anyone suggest me- from where should i apply for PCC. Current and permanent address- both are in different states (in same country India).
>Can i apply PCC from my permanent address.
> I have received my new passport 3 months ago from permanent address.
> Will getting a PCC from permanent address will cause any advers impact since my work exp. is from current location for about 4 years.

I would really appreciate any kind of help here. Because This PCC is giving me so much trouble here Please help me ASAP.

You need to show PCC for each location in last 10yr you have lived.

as you said if your current location is other contury than you must have some resident proof
