from visitor visa to student any help!

Has anyone had any experience with submitting a student permit application from within north America. As in sending it by mail to the VAC in LA? I'm trying to understand what needs to be sent and how to go about paying fees. Can anyone give me some tips on how their process went?

you can either apply for online or paper.

for fee, you can request the form from website and pay at any bank or you can simply pay online.
