From USA to CANADA, Study

Hi, i came to USA as a F1 student in 2015 and i will be done with my associate degree in spring 2018. i took a year gap in between but i had Temporary Protected Status(TPS). Currently i am not in F1(in TPS). Can i apply for a Canadian study visa from USA and transfer my credits to Canadian university?

As long as you have valid status in the US you can apply for a study permit to Canada.

Will TPS count as valid status?

It counts as valid status. However if you have TPS your chances of being approved for a study permit to Canada are effectively nil.
