Greetings all,

Please anybody with similar case should kindly share idea with me.

I applied for study visa may 2018 and got a refusal June 08 2018 on grounds that i haven't given compelling reason why I chose to study in canada.

I then seek a judicial review and it took about 6months to get judgement from the federal court of Canada in late December 2018. The judgement stated that my refusal should be set aside and my application sent to another consulate for redetermination at no cost on me.

Second week of January 2019 i got a message on my email from Cic stating that my online application has been update and I login to my application online for confirmation. Haven logged in I saw my application active with all colums showing under review and status saying processing.

Just yesterday i got another message saying request for addition documents and documents needed is just Imm1294 (application to study outside canada) Replacement. They are not asking me for any other document but I don't know if this will be the only thing they will ever ask.

Anyone with similar case should please shed some light..... Thank you!

Have you forwarded the requested form IMM1294? How about your acceptance letter, available fund, etc. You have to exercise care in filling the form or seek legal advice.
