Hope you can give me a little of help.
I am currently working in an assistant position and thanks to good results my boss decided to move me to an associate position and to sponsor me Smiley Fortunately, no qualified Canadian applied to the job ad. So now we are at the following steps.
I am currently working with a Post Graduate Work Permit and the new job offer has all the requirements, no problem with that.
My doubts are related to how I should be considered when my employer will fill out the LMIA application form - EMP5593.
Question 4 under Business Detail asks 'Total number of employees (including Canadians/permanent residents and TFWs) working in this occupation at this work location'. Technically, I still work as assistant and not as associate and no other colleagues do my current and future job.
My question: is it correct to write ZERO?
