From contract to full time employee under CEC

So I have received ITA for CEC based on 2 years of post grad work experience.

In my last company, i worked there for 16 months (June 2014- Oct 2015)
In my present company, I have just over 11 months (Feb 2016- present)

However, in my last job, my first 3 months probation period was considered as contract employment (june 2014 - sept 2014). So in my T4 for 2014, only my full time period from October is shown. (i.e amount paid in the last 3 months of 2014).

I got the official employment letter stating that my position was converted from contract to full time and has all the necessary details that I need.

My question is, should I bother writing a letter of explanation on why my T4 shows such a low amount? I already have another T4 for 2015.

I had to fill out a T2125-Self_Employement tax form in 2014. Would adding this make things more complicated?

Or should I just pick out random pay stubs and give that? My current company is yet to issue T4s, so I'm providing 2 random pay stubs for my current position.
