I appreciate that you are reading this post at the moment!

Situation.
I have been in Canada for and 7 month on study permit. Currently, I am a student in University doing Engineering program.I need Pr card ASAP And what i have heard, while the PR status in process I can get the work permit.

What happened.
I have my Canadian girl friend. She is 18, and I am 20. We know each other since the last 3 month, and last month we just started leaving together. Everything is working out, , and we decide to marry.

Reasons to marry.

I want to get PR asap! so that i will be able to make some money for our leaving and other spents

I ,ve few queries,

Here we go.

.Can i get Pr by marrying her, if yes than I am just wondering about time period.
.What does it take to be able to get Pr by marrying?
.How long will it take, to get open working permit while PR is in the process?
.What other issue should I have to care about, that ,ll might make my case weak,

It takes anywhere from a few months to a few years to obtain PR status after you are sponsored by a spouse (IF your file is approved).

Based on your profile, your case sounds very weak and I think CIC will suspect a marriage of convenience. You've only known this girl for three months? You're desperate to work? You're here on a student visa and looking to stay permanently? It sounds to me like your primary purpose for marrying is to obtain PR status. CIC isn't stupid and will likely suspect the same thing.

Reasons to marry? To get ppr asap?

Whatever happened to love? SMH >:(

Just to answer your question about the work permit...

If you apply inland, you will qualify for a work permit once stage 1 processing has been completed. Stage 1 processing is currently taking 11 months to complete.

If you apply outland, you will qualify for a work permit once your file has been 100% reviewed and approved, and you have landed in Canada as a PR.

In other words, there is no fast way to get a work permit.

Wow! I thought reasons to marry you'd say I really love this girl and we have been together for 3 or 4 years and we've been through really rough times together. You've been with this girl for only 3 months, I mean seriously man!.... ...people have been with professional escorts for longer times.

Just marrying someone for the purpose for getting PR is ethically and morally wrong. Think about the lives you are destroying for your own selfish goals. Put yourself in her shoes for a second and think how you would feel if someone wants to use you for the purpose of immigration, how would you feel? Besides its not that easy there are several factors immigration is going to consider.

1) Re-evaluate your intentions and comparing it to your previous intention when you were first granted student visa
2) How has your circumstances changed
3) What is your current financial situation
4) How long have you been with this girl
5) What do you plan to do once you finish your studies
6) Contrary to what the website says realistically says it will take anywhere from 2 years to 4 years at the very least.

Most importantly immigration will purposely prolong the case so that they find out what your real objectives are. This way many things will come out, such as how genuine is your relationship, are you a genuine student, what are your plans, what are your intentions, what is your financial situation back home. Basically it could get very messy. You are only 20 the odds are stacked up against you. No job, no work experience, no education other than high school, no money, no security, no plans, no future. What do you have to offer to this country compared to the immigrants who are coming here with tons of experience, education, money and most importantly they have waited many many years and have gone through the proper and legal channels to get here.

If your college qualifies, you can apply for an off campus work permit now. This permit will allow you to work up to 20 hours a week during the semester and full time during your vacation.

See http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/study/work-offcampus.asp for more info.
