Im an engineering graduate from India have been working in a Public Sector company for the last seven years. My wife is also a Post graduate in Engineering and working in a Private Engineering College. My average family income about 70000 INR only. Im really confused to take a decision. Im eagerly like to migrate to canada. As per the current situation which is better option ?? stick on my current job or go for a PR?

There is no point in just being eager to migrate to Canada. It is just the first step. You need to read and check whether you qualify to enter Canada through EE (Express Entry) or PNP (Provincial Nominee Program). After doing the necessary check do the needful to improve your chances to get invited and move to Canada. Good luck.
