Dear (name of Minister), MP

First of all, my hearty congratulations to you on your new role. I am writing this email in order to seek your help regarding the delayed processing of my Permanent residence application under the Canadian Experience Class program (CEC).
My (along with spouse and Kid) application was submitted to CIC on (date), completed and passed medical exams long time back upon request from CIC. Since then, I have not received any further progress on my application status. Based on my GCMS notes as of (date), I am “recommended to pass” and no further action is currently required on my end. I found through the GCMS notes that my file haven't been reviewed by any visa officer after medicals, with due dates past.
Meanwhile however, I observed for some reason, processing priorities have been given to later PR applications (submitted after Jan 2015 and particularly “Express Entry” applications). After the introduction of Express Entry program in Jan 2015, CIC completely stopped processing the old CEC Applications. The entire application process is being completed within 3-6 months for Express Entry applications, whereas I have waited for over XX months and there is still not any update being made.
I have contacted CIC numerous times via email and the call center, but my voice and concern was never addressed. May I kindly ask you to look into and address the issue as soon as possible? This delay and experience have been affecting my current life and future plans in Canada for myself and my family.
Thank you very much. Your time and response are greatly appreciated.
My personal application details are as below.

Last name: xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
First name: xxxxxxxxxxxxx
Date of birth: xxxx-xx-xx
Unique Client Identifier (UCI): xxxxxxxx; Application Number: E000xxxxxx

Dependent details:
Xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Home Address: xxx, xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
CIC Processing location: xxxxxxx

Does asking help to local MP applies to outland applicants? ex: PR application is intent to stay in saskatoon. can I send an email to MP in saskatoon and ask assistance with regards to the delay of application? thanks

Ya, i too have the same question. Is it ok to send to a letter to a MP from a province that I intend to stay ?

Sending a letter to your local MP, regarding delayed with pr process will help to get your file processed faster.
