Friend got PPR,is it possible to get visitor visa for his son of 22 years old?

hello forum members,

my friend got PPR 3 days ago, they are planning to move next month to Canada, the issue is their son is 22 years old student and unmarried, previously his study visa was refused, how they can bring their son to Canada with them, is there any chance that he can get visitor visa, how they can convince visa officer that their son will return to home country within 2-3 months after he accompany his parents temporarily.They are very stressed about their son because of immigration rule as above 19 years their son could not be included in the application of PR.

Please help on this matter

Hi,
he can contact travel agents and get tourist visa.but I think he may also need to provide a valid canadian address and proof of funds for his stay .
