I am initiating Work Permit for TCS Canada from India? Is canada accepting work permits applications in this Covid time? If yes how much delay i can expect compared to normal processing? Anyone recently in last two months received Work permit from India?

My company is looking forward to Initiate Work Permit (ICT), currently it is in the internal processing at the company level.
