Fresh TRV from inside Canada while WP in implied status

Hi Friends,

I want to apply for TRV ( Visitor Visa) to extend my stay in Canada. However, my employer has also applied for WP Extension and I have situation to go back to India which I don't take it as option. so planning to apply for TRV to stay back.

Am I still eligible to apply for TRV while being in WP implied status ?

1. What do you want? A TRV (which is used to enter Canada) which you are not eligible for on implied status, or to extend your stay as a visitor?

1. Then you apply here: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/visit/extend/visa.asp
2. You realize that if the LMIA is approved, then you would have to apply for a new work permit outside Canada or at a POE if eligible?
3. You also should not be working.
