Fresh Express Entry Application

I am planning to file for Express entry in January next year. I have more than 10 years of experience in IT industry. Currently I have finished with IELTS and will start ECA soon. I am hoping to get around 73 score which will make me eligible for Express entry. I am applying with my spouse. I will be scoring around 348 in CRS without any job offer and PNP. I need your guidance for below queries :

1: Will it make senese to apply for Express entry with 348 points to start with?

2: I know it will be difficult to get job offer from sitting here in India. So I'm hoping to get PNP. Is it easy to get PNP looking at my expereince of 10 years ?

3: Is there any quota for PNP ?

4: Should I apply for PNP after creating express profile or before it and get 600 points first ?

348 is very low score. The lowest cut off was around 450s.

Each province has set creteria for nomination. I would suggest you to go to individual website and check out their creteria.

Yes each province has a quota, it varies province to province.

Creating express entry profile is the first step.
