French learner (A2 now) needs suggestions

My score is 469 now. with one year working experience. IELTS: L 7.5, R 8.5, S 7, W 6.5. My working permit will expire on Sep 28th 2018.

At same time waiting for the Ontario Human Capital Priorities to re-open, shall I take another IELTS to try to get higher score? But I may not be able to get all CLB10. I will try my best for CLB 9. But it is still less than the last draw....

I'm thinking if I should try the French-speaker OINP too. I am currently learning French but just finish my A2 and in the progress of B1. Grammar is all fine but I would need to memorize a lot of vocabularies. I am not sure if I can get B2 done in next year...

Could you please give me any suggestions?

The answer is clear: re-take the IELTS and get CLB9 in all sections.

Your score will boost high enough to secure an ITA within a short period of time.

Upper B2 (between B2 and C1) from French is needed in order to be able to go through the French stream. The key point is to be able to understand properly and somehow to get understood (speaking and listening). Reading and writing parts are a bit calmer especially if you have already mastered English.
If you keep your work, you will be around 480 points next year around this time.
Still plenty time for you to work on both (English and French).
