Hi all,

I am planning to apply for Quebec immigration. I did my masters form US and now working there. For my application I am claiming I have beginner level French language skills.

My questions are

I don't have any french language knowledge. I am planning to get admission in French language course. So how can I prove my French language skills now ?

Can I file my application now and add admission receipt of some french learning school with application to prove I working towards it. And by the time of interview I will polish my french language?

Or any other idea........

thanks in advance.....

hi mate....
according to me u shud have joined the course in advance.
coz i have done it a bit too far. and its very very tough.
u need atleast year to learn language fully with practice.
even u can learn to initial level but giving exam is tough as exam is not according to levels.
in exams test parts are accordingly, grammar esaays, listening and all as in ielts.
so u need complete knowledge of language in depth to understand each and every word of conversation to make complete sense of sentence.
tef is one of the test for language ability.
all d best

Hi

Get enrolled in a french language institute and send the enrollment letter with your CSQ application to the BIQ covering your country and make sure that you start studying french. Thick in your application your french as intermediate high as being called for interview take 6-8 months and till that date you will reach to this level of French. But start studying french asap.

Best of luck.
