Hi,

My score is 400 and need to score 40 more for OINP NOI.

I have exhausted all options and French is only area I can explore.

Willing to put effort / resources (money) to score 40 points.

Any guidance / experience from group ?

I have 4 months of stay left in Canada.

French is a very difficult language to learn. If you don't speak now - you will not be able to learn it well enough in four months to score an additional 40 points. It takes around a year and a half of intensive study to learn French well enough to be able to score the 40 points.

So again, unless you already know French - this isn't a viable option.
