Hi,

I want to immigrate to Quebec Canada and I just want to know if I have to take the French & English Exam?Do I have to submit with the skilled worker application?

Thats advisible to learn french and if possible get TEF certificate with good score. but remember dont use Quebec to enter in Canada, thats programe have some own set of instructions and rules.
Qubec is completely french speaking provience, you can stay in motreal if you know basic french but if you move another part of quebec that required good french language command. even interview for this programe mostly mandatory (in some cases Visa office not invite some applicants if they prove sufficient french language ability and enough documents but thats the rare applicants visa office waived off interview).
