I m a french citizen and I want to apply for entry express. I have 2 post secondary degrees (baccalaureat and journalism diploma) with 3 years studies for each.
Ubfortunately i don t have the originals of my diplomas and I get copies from my schools.
But both of them told me they cannot give me a transcript of records because it s too old unfortunately (2003 and 2009).
What can I do ? Is it impossiboe for me to a0ply because I don t have those transcripts ? Thanks very much for your help.
