French course on OWP

Hi,
I am on OWP , working in Montreal .
Can I join part-time french course on weekends as on my workpermit it is mentioned that I can not join any educational institution.
Please clarify if I can learn french.

Yes - you can do that provided the course of study is six months or less and doesn't lead to a diploma or certificate.

Yes it will less than 6 months but it will be B2 certification.
