I am freelancer web developer since 3 years, and total experience of 4 years.
My Profile:
Age : 26
IELTS: 6.5
Work: 4 Years
Education : BE Computer Engineer

Have a relative in Canada toronto,

Am i eligible for Canada PR ? How much chances for me ? which province is suitable for me ? i need full guidance from your side my friends..
