Freelance - is it unauthorized on Study permit?

Hello Everyone ,
Recently I came to know from a tweet from IRCC that working online for a company outside Canada doesn't count as working in Canada and 20 Hours limiit doesn't apply for this.
As i have a business in my home country and received few payments in my Canadian account is it going to be count as work in Canada?

If your employer has any connections to Canada then it would count as part of the 20 hours. The fact that it is your company and you are in Canada likely creates a connection to Canada so that would mean it would likely be counted as part of the 20hours but you’ll need to clarify. Your situation is different than that specified in the tweet because it is your company.

The company itself is in different country, does it make any connection with canada?
For some online transactions my Canadian account was used and the amount is also very mere not even CAD $3 k in 8-9 months.
