Freedom mobile Home plans - any good?

I'd like to hear personal impressions about using Freedom Mobile, especially their Home plans. I saw a couple of threads on this forum where people recommended Freedom. As I see from description on their site, the network coverage is relatively good in GTA, but is less represented elsewhere. However, I plan to stay in Toronto at first, so it's okay with me.

Am I correct assuming that as long as you are inside "home network" the incoming calls are free even if they are from outer Canada (not covered by Freedom)? Are there any other surprises?
