Free Skype-to-Skype calls........does it apply in Canada?

Guys/Ladies,


I would like to know if Canadian mobile phone carriers have skype features included in their package. From all I have heard, receiving international calls cost alot whithin Canada.

With skype at least one could save alot on calling friends and families anywhere in the world who are also connected to Skype.
