FRC vs birth certificate of principal applicant in spouse sponsorship class

Dear readers
I have to apply my wife sponsorship in family class under Outland category,
The supporting docs includes birth certificate
Family booklet, and national identity card.
Since the principal applicant coming from Pakistan the nadra doesn’t issue birth certificate whereas I have Family registration Certificate for her.
Can anyone tell me if FRC Can count toward birth certificate and if they exempt to submit birth certificate if FRC photocopy is submitted.

FRC shows your family tree but does not replace the birth certificate. You need to contact your union council, they issue the computerized NADRA birth Certificate which gives out information in both English and Urdu (you wouldn't need a translation that way).

Specific child. Don't confuse it with Form 'B'.

For FRC, does the primary candidate have to be the applicant for FRC? I am the primary candidate for immigration and but on our FRC my father’s name is written as the applicant name. Do i have to be the applicant in this case?
