Fraud or Not pls. help!

I have received an employment from a hotel in BC, and an immigration email sent me below:

ATTN: (My Name)
PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS,
[A] COPY OF YOUR AIR-TICKET CONFIRMATION (FROM YOUR EMPLOYER)
CANADIAN HEALTH INSURANCE CERTIFICATE.

NOTICE:
INSURANCE CERTIFICATE ISSUE BY ANY OF THE RECOMMENDED INSURANCE PROVIDER IN CANADA

THE ABOVE REQUESTED DOCUMENTS, SHOULD BE SUBMITTED TO COMPLETE YOUR EMPLOYMENT VISA AND RESIDENT CARD PROCESSING
WILL FAX ALL COPIES OF YOUR DOCUMENT TO THE CANADIAN EMBASSY CONSULAR OFFICE FOR YOUR VISA ENDORSEMENT


Im currently outside of Canada and was offered a TRV.

Please i need help if the email is a fraud or not and also this email: Citizenship Immigration Canada [service @ citizenship-immigration-canada.cc]

pls. do continue to help other newbies out there...

sometimes we need some eyeopeners though the obvious is true but we tend to disregard it coz we got so damn excited about it ..but....it still is jz too good to be true..
 
they have almost hooked me... what a heck ! they asked for health insurance certificate but I checked with the legitimate company who really runs the establishment and they confirmed that was a real scam !!! Don't trust anybody where ever you are whenever. A lesson learned !
