Fraud or Legit*** Can not decide

Hi Folks,

I got refusal from express entry exactly 1 month of my application submission. Luckily, when i applied for express entry, i created 2 profiles for myself. As we know we have 60 days to submit our application , therefore I still have my other account active and i still have my ITA valid for my other profile.
Now the refusal letter from CIC says that i have to re-enter in the pool. I was just thinking, instead of waiting for the new pool , why should not i use my other application account and submit the application by correcting the refusal reason.
Does this act consider legit from CIC perspective, or it can put me in an inappropriate state?

Wait, why do people create more than 1 profile and keep those ITAs while they could have been granted to someone else?!!
Does the questionnaire ask you specifically if you already applied for the EE?!

Definitely inappropriate.

Does your refusal letter have a UCI on it?

I guess everyone is getting upset for me creating 2 profiles. And you guys might be right , i should not have done it in the first place.
But apart from that, no body has answered what i asked.

And why ppl saying its fraud, my profile is active. Its in its vaild durtaion period. And i never submitted wrong documents. So be logical and please explain why you think its not right. keeping aside the fact that i should not have done it, its still consider legit and active . Right?

It is wrong because by creating a duplicate account in the pool you are artificially inflating the overall pool score distribution statistic, thereby depriving one more eligible/honest applicant from getting that ITA at the cutoff point at every draw till you maintain that duplicate account, that is over the cutoff mark.

Hope now you understand why it's wrong on your part to do so.

if cic finds out you have two applications you can get in big trouble and be banned from.entering Canada in express or anything plus they would scrutinized your future cases

Can I have more than one Express Entry profile?
No. You may only have one profile at a time. This is set out in Canada’s immigration law.

Creating more than one profile will not give you a better chance at being invited or allow you to be invited under a different program.

Why do you need to create two profile with same score ? You are wasting ITA. Applicants like this are some what reason for score not coming down.

What if you created a profile in the past and lost all the details of the cic account and no way to recover or link the application to your new cic account?

Wrong!

When you loose everything about the old profile (mainly the GCKey username & password) you can create a new one, and link the old profile EE No. to this GCKey.

What i mean is there IS a way to link a EE profile to another GCKey.
