I would like to ask, I have a friend, his father currently holding TOURIST VISA, and he doesnt want to go back home, and he's looking for a partner holding a permanent resident or Canadian Citizen. Me and my partner sponsor him to visit us, and his motive and intention is to have a partner and to have a permanent resident. After the marriage he will break up with this poor lady if ever he find. Am I allowed to go to immigration or send a letter to Vegraville to inform his bad intention. please help...thank you so much...
