I need some suggestions from the seniors in this forum. I got married in India in may 2017 and get my marriage registered and my status at the time of my marriage was post graduate open work permit. then I applied for my wife SOWP and she landed in Canada in Nov 2017 after getting the spousal open work permit visa. Meanwhile, I applied for the Permanent residence for both us and we got the PR in Mar 2018. and then suddenly after getting PR she started fighting with me for any unknown reasons and make the atmosphere very bad between us. In July 2018, she left the house in my absence as I was in US for some official work. then afterwards, my parents came here to convince her but she disrespected them but she remain in contact with me always and now she told me to leave my parents forever then she will live her life with me. I need a suggestion , is there any way I can file a complaint against her stating that it was a Marriage for Concince. Please guide me to the best of your knowledge.
