Hi good friends,

I am a french passport holder presently living at lyon, France. I like moving to Canada. Can any one help in giving answers to the following questions please..
1. can I use my security officer Job to apply for Canada PR[ 4 yrs experience in d job]
2. can I use high school level + level 2 NVQ in business and administration+ various security training certificate obtained both here in france and UK
3. wish to know the best regions for english speaking people who wishes to migrate to Canada.. thanks

Obviously all of Canada is English speaking apart from Quebec where a variation of French is spoken , although even there many people are bilingual.
