Found an Employer

I have been living with a man who has a Brain injury and other on going issues for the last 3 years I have been in Canada and now he wants to hire me, I am a certified PSW and from England.

My questions:
Should he hire under the Live-in caregiver program?
What would be have to pay me with room and board?
any other important info?
