Hello,
I am just wondering whether
1. we need to submit any fee with the FOSS request form($5.00 )or is it free os cost?
2. is it easy to understand or interpret?,anybody had an experience getting FOSS?
3. How quick you can get it?
4. can requesting FOSS make your case review delay?

Hello, yes you need to send the $ 5.00 check payable Receiver General... Well is just a bunch of papers with all the information on your file since the first time that you enter in Canada... you get those in 30 days... I dont know if you request them they will review your case delay...
