Fort Erie turn-around times?

Hi all,

I was wondering how long it took for people to get their passports and COPR back from the Fort Erie, ON office. My packet arrived there early on Monday, Oct 25th. I included a self-addressed prepaid Xpresspost envelope for them to use. Any ideas when I might reasonably expect it to arrive back in Ottawa?

The passport pack is then transported to Buffalo, who issue the COPR. It should take about 2/3 weeks.
