Yeah, don't worry I recieved in two months and 1 week exactly. And in some cases it takes upto three months. So just wait for another few weeks and you shoudl have it. Did you mail your application via express post? If so, then you must know when they recieved it. It would be easy and a little bit of peace of mind to have that tracking number and to make sure it has been recieved.
hmmm yup i did express post and i checked via tracking code and it says delivered, but my question is does it make any difference weather to send file to fort erie or buffalo ?
Use your Unique Clint Number on your work/study permit up right corner to track down your case status on CIC website. If you see they started to process your application, it should come very soon. Normally, it should take less than a month for them to send out AOR and Medical after Barcode Forms introduced July.18 2011.

Well that means it has been delivered and from For Eire they take the files to Baffalo every day so your file has been received and in queue and do what Jason111 suggested. Enter in yoru details on cic.gc.ca>right hand side>first option>check application status and then enter in your details. Your client ID number is same as your work permit one.
