Forms updated what to do (outland application)

Hi,

I have just sent the package with all the forms signed to my boyfriend in Canada and just found out 2 of them (0008 and 1344) have been updated, right now that I sent it (yes, is called badluck)

I’d like to know if anyone has any idea on how long this grace period since my package has yet to reach my boyfriend and then he’ll have to send it to the immigration center after signing the forms.

1344 was last updated in Feb 2018 and 0008 was last updated in Jun 2018......you should use the recent versions of the forms.

Hi,
I am putting a forms together for spouse sponsoring outland. Have a question for IMM 5532 regarding other financial dependent people..
Should i put the names of ours two children (18 and 14) under that section since they are Canadian citizens?

your Canadian children cannot be sponsored and not eligible to be included as dependents.....however, the only form where the Canadian children info should be included is IMM5406.....the PA must declare family members in IMMM5406 regardless of been Canadian or not Canadian.

Don't include the Canadian children in IMM5532 form

Thanks ...I am aware that Canadians can not be sponsored (be dependent)..I had doubts if there is difference between dependent (sponsored) and financially dependent...apparently not...
