An experience letter should preferably be on the company's official letterhead which has the company name and contact information.
It should cover the following aspects
1. Your name , tenure of employment , full time / part time
2. Positions held , job duties in brief for the positions held (closely match that with the noc )
3. Your total annual compensation at the time of leaving

Thank you so much but my husbands falls under Biologists and related scientists and there can be so many roles under this Noc.As he is working as a cell biologist it will match few of those lines will it do?

Doesn't matter what your husband's NOC is..as long as the roles and responsibilities he performs tallies with those mentioned in the NOC description.
