Format for LOE

Hi,

I am getting mixed inputs on how the format of the LOE should look like.

I am thinking of doing it in the simplest way possible, in other words, something similar to the format below:


Dear IRCC,

In relation to my application for permanent residency, I would like to expound further about the following areas:

1. Proof of Funds
> Explanation ...

2. Certification of Employment
> Explanation ...

.
.
.
.


Hoping for your consideration in my application,

We wrote 'letter of explanation' at the top and then sorted it by each applicant with the title of each place holder as the heading and then the specific document as a sub heading.
Then just put the info in bullet points under each.

I don't think there is any specific format just make sure it's not a jumbled mess jumping between documents/topics and try not to make it too wordy so that they don't feel the need to skip through while reading.
