On forms that successfully validate, do I need to add in "N/A" with a black pen for questions that I dont answer?

You should put N/A if the question was truly not applicable, for instance, I hadn't worked for an employer other than my own business for the last 5 years, so I put N/A for that question. However, if you answer a question "No" for a yes/no question that asks further questions for a "Yes" answer, you don't need to write "N/A" since it's already been answered and not relevant.
