Form IMM5713 E - How to upload online?

Hello, I am applying for Canada visitor visa online

I uploaded all the required documents , but I am not sure how to upload form IMM5713 : USE OF A FAMILY MEMBER REPRESENTATIVE FOR ONLINE APPLICATIONS

It says I cannot download the form, but can only print it.

Do I need to fill the form, print, sign and upload the pdf document back?

I realized there are many people who are in the quest for the current processing times for Visitor Visa, and I am one among many. I feel the agony of anticipation and uncertinity. I am on H1B visa and applying for the visitor visa of Canada. Please let me know about IMM5713 form. Me and my wife both will apply. She is on H4 visa. My friend has PR of Canada. Can you please let me know which person I have to show as Family Member Representative? I am little confused on this.....Please help me....

Fill it correctly. No need to sign as you are doing online.
take print out and put save as *.xps format.
There are online converter from *.xps to pdf.
You are done. But you cant change it , if you want to change anything you have to follow all steps again.

Easiest way is use chrome browser, fill it up and print as PDF and upload the PDF file at Portal. Note :- NO NEED to SIGNATURE
