Form IMM5490 Dates?

We are trying to fill out this form, and question 27 asks the dates of periods of cohabitation. How do we indicate that we are still living together, as there is only a date field to complete? Any ideas??

Put the date you filled out the application, and then explain in an additional note to the question that you continue your cohabitation.

No, leave it blank and then hand write in "present".
