Form IMM5476 and Police certificates

Hi,

I am applying under CEC myself without any representative. Should I need to include a blank IMM5476 form in my application ?

Also, I have not received my police certificate till now. So do I need to write a explanation for why I am not including this?

- No. Simply don't submit this form with your application and mark as 'N/A' on document checklist.

Also, I have not received my police certificate till now. So do I need to write a explanation for why I am not including this?
PCC is not required to be sent with application, however as soon as you get it mail it to CIC. Explanation letter won't hurt for sure.
